FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dian Griesel is the founder, Chief Executive Officer and President of The Investor Relations Group, Inc.
Dian is the author of Capitalization Success: The Investor Relations Group’s Guide to a Bigger and Better Market Cap, and its follow-on companion: The 101 Platinum-Plus Rules of Media Engagement. She has written four other books on unrelated topics.
Dian’s first exposure to the capital markets was gained while working in affiliation with Paramount BioCapital, Inc.

Prior to this she spent several years as a private health consultant, Dian appeared as a regular expert guest on Fox-5’s Good Day New York, CNBC News, CNBC: Alive & Wellness, The Sally Jesse Raphael Show, The Gordon Elliot Show, and The Rolanda Show. Other media relations included regular requests for expert interviews with 1010 WINS, Columbia News Wire, and The Medical Core. She has also written articles for The New York Times, The New York Daily News, Investor’s Business Daily, Crain’s Weekly, Crain’s Japanese Weekly, Mademoiselle, Vogue, Health, Better Bodies, Price Costa Newsletter, PR News Report, and Your Health.
In the 1980’s, Dian was a fifty percent partner in Spotlite Marketing, a division of Spotlite Enterprises, then, the largest comedy booking agency. The firm represented major national talent including Jay Leno, Jerry Seinfeld, Alan King, and others.
Dian has held Series 7 and 63 licenses. She is a partner at The QuanStar Group (www.quanstar.com), and serves on the Board of Directors of The American Heart Association.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Vice Admiral J. Kevin Moran joined The Investor Relations Group as Chief Operating Officer following 32 years of distinguished military service.
“The Admiral” graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Oceanography/Physics.

Designated a Naval Aviator in September 1975 and trained in the SH-2F Sea Sprite, Vice Adm. Moran’s operational sea tours included LAMPS detachments in HSL-34 aboard USS Talbot (FFG-4), USS Biddle (CG-34), and USS Brumby (FF-1044), ship’s company aboard USS Guam (LPH-9), Operations Officer and the Officer-in-Charge of HSL-34, Detachment 8 aboard USS John Hancock (DD-981) and USS Vreeland (FF-1086). Additionally, he served as Executive Officer of USS Inchon (LPH-12), and USS Boxer (LHD-4).
His command tours include Commanding Officer of Helicopter Antisubmarine Squadron Light 44, flying the SH-60B; Commanding Officer of the USS Boxer (LHD-4); Commander, Navy Region Southeast; Commander, Amphibious Group Two; and Commander, Naval Personnel Development Command and Commander Naval Education and Training Command, Deputy Chief of Naval Personnel.
Vice Admiral Moran’s shore and staff assignments include Officer Programs Officer, Naval Recruiting District, in Richmond, Virginia and Aide de Camp/Flag Lieutenant to Commander in Chief, Allied Forces Southern Europe/Commander in Chief, United States Naval Forces Europe, in Naples, Italy.
He is a graduate of the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island, where he earned a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and Strategic Studies. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.
Vice Admiral Moran's personal awards include the Navy Distinguished Service Medal, Legion of Merit (gold star in lieu of fourth award), the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal (gold star in lieu of third award), the Navy Commendation Medal (gold star in lieu of second award), and numerous unit commendations.
